I am very disappointed in the services of FNB Feduciary. FNB's slogan is\ 'How can I help you?' My mother banked for more than 43 years at FNB Burgesentrum Branch in Bellville and she felt that she trust FNB Trust with her last will and testament to execute her wishes. In this will it states that an amount has to be paid out to her daughter (AM Crafford) on her 60th birthday which was the 7th of January 2016. I took initiave and contacted FNB Feduciary to send me the necessary forms so that I can complete
