Estate hold up

I had to open a lateestate account to receive funds from. My deceased husband provident fund, which I did will all relevant documents that were needed including my ID and the funds were transferred but when it comes to paying the money now they want a copy of an id that I do not have only my present one, sent to home affairs as suggested and they can't find anything on their system so after my 6th return to Fnb I get told that there is still a hold but now my husband is still married to his previous wife, who he divorced in 1977 and I'm still divorced from my previous husband nothing about our 20 year marriage, which once again home affairs checks and wow it's all there, but Fnb says the connected to home affairs and won't release the funds even though they have my ID. The office manager at home affairs can't believe what is happening but fnb claims they work hand in hand with home affairs.
