ESTATE ACCOUNTS AND FIRST NATIONAL BANK IS A DISASTER...

I can't believe fnb,in fact i'm very desapointed...i had a Esatate account for my Late father...in 2013..now they closed it...but now i want to re-open the account...they say i cant do that...i ask them why cant you re-open the account...they say because the system does not allow them to reopen or make a new account...so now i'm stuck i need to claim some insurance of my Late father but the bank just refuse to help me...i've been banking with fnb be for more than 24 years now...but i'm so desapointed they even ask me if i dont want to go open it at onother bank...can u believe these...i think the service has became very poor at fnb and i'm considering leaving...since i have to go find another bank to open a Late Estate account...that was already open...but now they dont know how to open it...crazy...realky crazy...PRIESKA BRACH.
