Estate Account Nightmare.

For a bank as reputable as this one, they sure don't take in to consideration the people who chose to bank with them. Estate late account opened on the 6th of July 2026 and still has not been verified till date meaning I still can't access the funds due to my children. I'm unemployed with my youngest still depending on formula and diapers and this bank couldn't care less that my family's well being is dependent on that account being active. I've called numerous times needing assistance and the last consultant I spoke to "Bulelwa" cut the call on me. Very very professional. I regret walking through those doors of FNB.
