Estate account FNB

Definitely would not recommend FNB when it comes to banking and dealing with deceased estate. My grandfather's account has still not been closed and funds paid over to our attorney dealing with the estate and he passed in July 2022. When enquiring then your "case" gets delayed by 48 BUSINESS hours not even normal hours so it's like a punishment to enquire?? The reason according to fnb is that robots deal with payment??? So disappointing that this is the case when dealing with the death of a loved one is already so difficult.
