Estate Account

Greetings.

We have visited the branch today to check if the money pending has been reflected, and still no avail. We then took further steps to ask the lady that helped us @ SARs and she confirmed that no clearance is needed to release the funds belonging to MRS T.P Maja under the estate late account. I am deeply pained that a 73 year old has to suffer before she gets her money.
