Escalation 48- Most horrible Bank ever. Useless beyond disgraceful-Useless

I don’t wish to name and shame but after 3 years of trying to get 4 x business cards from FNB Head Office and the local branches I am exactly back to where I started 3years ago. Once I send the hellopeter complaint then very quickly someone who is smooth talker from Head office quickly makes contact with enormous promises. Then the person refers me to some other high paid person so they can tick a box that they doing good job.The second person who is smooth talker number two makes more promises and then refers me to person number three. Person number three also a smooth talker but is now very low-down management then starts giving client 6 to 8 months run around. Then internal blame starts, and everyone employed at FNB keeps ticking more boxes to justify their fat salaries and then the BBBEE level one micro business owner has just wasted 10 months of trying. I have attempted now for three years to get additional business cards which competing banks can provide within a day. I have concluded that FNB is an old apartheid bank designed to provide great services to high-net-worth individuals and old money banker. It is more of smooth-talking yada yada marketing bank to micro level one BBBEE companies who are trying to succeed. After three years of banks agents lies, making me run around and seriously terrible service, one day I will be a high net worth individual and will buy major shares in this bank and change it to service South African in equality and get rid of all smooth talkers and fat cats. I am now ready for the smooth talker calls again for year number four. A very unhappy SMME Level one BBBEE honest company.
