Escalated query not resolve

I am currently not happy with the technoligical restrain FNB is making . to much errors I received my Salary next thing the entire salary is transferred immediately mid night to a credit card how does that happen. I have debit orders coming out today and Refund to my cheq is a nightmare FNB system i thought they would improve banking but turns to it they have to much bugs I am considering to change banks. To make it worse the Century City branch Cape town seemingly cant assist everything is channeled to Telephone banking of which i did. I do have debit orders coming out i am not even sure a refund will be proecessed
