"Escalate, escalate, escalate" - what an absolute joke!

Escalate, escalate, escalate - this word should be synonymous with FNB!

All I am ever told when I call through regarding the status of my query, is that it has been escalated to management. NO, I want an answer - I am tired of waiting! How does it take a week to feedback after it has been "escalated"? not sure how many times or how high you can escalate a query, out the sky?

YOU called and offered ME the spousal benefit "package", to which myself and my fiancé accepted in January. YOU changed my account from pay as you use, to the fixed rate. Great - however, the spousal benefit package was not activated, apparently due to the main member not accepting via the app, this is utter nonsense! Please send proof of execution regarding the above.

I have been calling since last week to find out why the spousal benefit package has not been activated and why I am being charged a higher monthly rate. The call centre people I have dealt with are very friendly and helpful to their maximum capacity & they are the ones left to deal with the angry & frustrated clients.

Promises are made to call me back and if I'm lucky they happen the next day. Its the same story over and over, "your query has been escalated to the relevant department & they will call you back" NO - management has not once called me back, only the call centre agents have, who cant give me the answers to my questions?

I received a call about an hour ago from someone offering me the spousal benefit, really? Looks like my query is going round and round in circles. I want management to call me back & I want to be reimbursed for the extra amount I have been paying on my monthly account fees.

So FNB, how can you help me? You are helping my make my decision to switch banks that much easier!
