errors reflecting on my name as a personal loan

Im applying for a home loan, no they are declineing mevand also a personal loan reflects on my name with FNB I dont even bank with them so how can there be a personal loan on my name with FNB, and also if been told they would call me back on the same day, then when I call to get feedback they say the IT is busy with it, its been almost a week and nothing has been sorted out.. Please sort this issue out as soon as possible. And wont refer anyone.
