Error trying to register FNB for Pay Pal

I am trying to assist my Mom to set up an online FNB account so that she can withdraw money from PayPal. We filled out the form on the site and when we select "confirm" we get an error (E-694) 01id Exists,check Existing Prof. There is no further explaination, nor any assistance on the issue. I have come on here as I found little help on Google but someone managed to get the same issue resolved on Hello Peter and I'm hoping we can do the same. Please help, or offer solutions FNB! It's ridiculous that this service is offered but once someone has hit a roadblock, there is no help.
