ERROR - REMINDER FOR PERSONAL LOAN IN ARREARS!!!!!!!

Firstly, When I took out the loan, I indicated that the debit order date is the 20th monthly, FNB decided to note it as the 25th monthly therefore I missed the debit order. HOWEVER, I paid the arrears on 15 December and till today, I am still being harassed to pay the arrears.

ENSURE THAT MY NEW LOAN DEBIT ORDER DATE IS THE 20TH MONTHLY!!!

FNB GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS HARRASMENT IS NOT ON!!!!!!
