Error messages during PayPal/FNB withdrawal

It's been an infuriating few day with FNB PayPal.I linked my PayPal,I did everything as I should have and started the withdrawal process only to get annoying error messages so far I am very disappointed with the FNB app,I even sent two emails explaining my problem but I guess the problems of just one customer don't matter.Ive never been so frustrated in my life.
