Error message by ATM

I went to the ATM on the 1/06/2021 at about 11:30 am to deposit money for my rent which about R 10 750.00 the atm eat my and gave a slip of errors at Randburg square when inside the branch was told to fill a form which the money will payed by Thursday this ridiculous that it will take so long and now am having problems with my land lord please a need this resolved ASAP and the branch manager was not helpful at all
