Error logging into banking

After two months I still can't access my banking on my Laptop to manage my money, every time I log in with the same username and password it throws out an error or wrong password code, also can't make any EFT payments. I have send a formal complaint and the issue is still not resolved. Maybe it is time to move to a different bank.
