Error in the contract
Early last year, my mother went to FNB to apply for a loan amount of R3000 it was approved. However that money was never transferred to her account. The following day She went to Gandhi Square FNB to ask about it. She was told it was later decline. <br> <br> She is receiving calls from Debt collectors asking her to pay back the loan that she didn't receive. Can FNB sort this mess out.
