error E-96 user not permitted to access this process
<p>Trying to access my PayPal account to withdraw MY funds and I get the e-96 error. Oddly enough, I was able to access this account yesterday, so what has happened inbetween. This is my business account and it's bad enough that FNB takes a 1.5 percent commission for this "service" which I am not getting. </p>
