Error "(E-694) 01id EXIST not resolved

I have been trying to resolve a query with FNB since last week and seem to be slowly getting no where. A couple of years ago I tried activating a card that FNB sent me at their Southgate branch and for some reason I couldn't activate it with them, so in my frustration I went just around the corner in the same mall and 20 minutes later I had an active account with Capitec. The problem I'm having now is that when I try to register (since last week) a Non-FNB PayPal online profile I get an error (E-694) 01id EXIST. From FNB I got the Ref no: ***Q but they seem to think that this error is caused by PayPal and when they asked me via email to call PayPal on *** I did & PayPal said that the error code relates to an FNB system problem (Not PayPal) so I should call FNB, so today I called FNB on *** and got to talk to an agent there which I gave my ID number & explained the registration error code and while on this long call I realized that I am running out of airtime and kindly asked the lady agent to please call me back as I will get cut, she immediately explained that their telephone system will automatically identify my number and call me back when the call disconnects (But sadly that never happened). I would have never registered a complaint on HelloPeter as I don't want to get their employees in a predicament, but since this whole experience and the amount of time it's taking is seriously affecting the exchange rate of the funds I'm trying to get from day to day and the fact that after every time I talk to FNB via email or call I still get the error "(E-964) 01id EXIST" I can see I'm going no where. Before logging the query on FNB's online system I did search on Google for the same error and discovered a HelloPeter query that was resolved a day after the client had tried resolving it for a week with FNB, It's sad that I have to go through HelloPeter to get FNB to assist me. Please come on don't let your clients get frustrated 1st before they get a streamlined resolve.
