Erroneous Foreign purchase made from my cheque account

This is the 5th time I tried to make contact regarding reference ***. I was sent a dispute form and I sent it back on the 4th of August and subsequently called back three times and it was apparently escalated again.

A manager contacted me beginning of last week only to tell me that I included the incorrect account number where the disputed amount is coming from? That is no excuse for not responding to me logging a call and sending you the dispute form over a month ago without any response. All my accounts are linked, so you should be able to check which account the erroneous monthly purchase is being made from.

The lack of responsiveness and care is pathetic.
