Erroneous Bank Charges For FNB Mistake

I'm getting really frustrated with FNB. On the 12th of December I received a login notification arising from my budgeting app. I called the call centre to verify if this had come from my phone as it was the first time I had received such a message. I ran out of airtime while the agent had me on hold and he subsequently proceeded to cancel my cards without my approval, despite having received explicit instruction from me not to do so. After the manager sorted this out for me, new cards were ordered on my behalf and I was convinced that everything was okay. On the 19th of December R280 was deducted by FNB for card replacement fees even though it wasn't my fault that the cards were cancelled. After talking to your customer service, I was informed that the amount would be reversed but 3 days later, another R150 card replacement fee was deducted. I've been calling FNB relentlessly since then and all I hear is that my issue has been escalated to the accounts department and my refund will be given within 3 working days. It's been 9 working days and I still have not received my money back. I'm tied of constantly calling FNB and being pull on hold for 10+ minutes almost everyday. I need this issue to be resolved
