EPITOMY OF USELESS!!!!!!
tired of wasting my time and money to call you. i have tried 4 times to put a transaction through. i have changed limits, there is plenty money available, i have removed the ***** blocker twice and still i get nowhere with you! i have asked repeatedly to get a banker to call me and i am ignored. you cant see the reason why the transaction has been unsuccessful the story just continues and I AM SICK OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!

31 May 2022, 16:58your response to me and the call i got was even more USELESS!!!! he just phones the same stuffing call centre i did myself and came back with the same idiotic excuse. I am not satisfied, you guys are a circus and not even a good one. Your fancy communication channels are as effective as a broccoli flavoured lolly. You cant see the transaction on your side....then open your eyes, i punched the information in to the website, and i approved the secure message on my phone so where is it then??? Dont blame the merchant, i did 6 transactions on 2 cards with them and guess what they went through so take that off the table and sort me out as im starting to "escalate"
