Epic fail from FNB on Ewallet feedback

The 23rd of December I was trying to pay my domestic worker her monthly salary.
I pay her every month using Ewallet.
This time, when I tried to send the money, I got an error message.
The error message stated that I had exceeded my daily limit although I had not done any transactions that day.
In addition, the onscreen instructions showed me I was well within my daily limits.
I called the call center and initially got a very unhelpful person that told me that it was a security feature that had kicked in because I did something different or logged in from a different device.
Eventually I spoke with her supervisor, Simon, who was just as unhelpful and gave me the same story.
I asked him to get someone to call me back and I also logged an urgent message with my personal banker. None of them returned my call.
I ended up having to take a day off work and go the bank branch.
There they finally told me that the reason the transaction wasn't going through was the recipient's account (cell no) was full.
Thank you FNB for costing me a day's work.
Steve, where are you?
