Good morning

I need to make mention and complement the exceptional services I recieved from Ephraim Rampheri at FNB fourways mall branch. I had many queries on arrival, including my account being frozen, needing a e wallet card and getting general banking consulting advice amongst many things.

Ephraim was patient, extremely resourceful, professional and kind. He assisted me in speaking to the lawyers whom my account had been handed over to, advised on how to make the negotiations in a way that would be acceptable and he listened. He was very patient.

I felt compelled to make a note of the excellent customer service I recieved from him as I actually left the bank consoled and my challenges were sorted out one by one until we were done. This took almost two hours which I had no issue with becuase we paid attention to every detail. Thank you Ephraim Rampheri. Keep up the good work sir!!
