Entire FNB is useless (Law on Call - the lawyers they assign to cases and their Complaints service

I have been a member of FNB Law on call and have lodged a service call 3 months ago and was contacted after a week even though their automated message and service promise is 48 hours. I laid my case they opened the file and i waited a full month when i lodge a complain to say what happened with the case they are handling they came back and told me the person handling my file left (is it my problem ????) i spoke to second person who requested same documents i resent and it took another 3 weeks and after a complain to their complains departmet which is also useless automated message in bold and large print thank you for reaching out how may we help has proven nonsensical as they called once i told them of the complain agains FNB Law on Call and they were going to get them to call me back they didnt but i received a call from FNB Law on call stating they have allocated lawyers for my case that was On the 7th July its now August still no law company has called me On the 21st July again i sent an enquiry to their complaints division to date no one has called me
