Entertainer App

I signed up for the entertainer eBucks benefit however the offers are still locked on the entertainer app.

I have chatted to entertainer's help desk and they advised I require an Activation Key from FNB/eBucks.

I called the eBucks helpline who advised it falls under FNB not eBucks and they transferred me to the FNB call center, who then transferred me back to the eBucks call center.

Please can someone assist.
