**** enterprises (pty) ltd - Forex Payment
Hello Peter,
I supp**** some products ( Silicon ) to my customers in Vietnam and they paid the money into my FNB account on the 8th of March 2021. And on that same 8th of March 2021 ,I received and email from Zakhele Maseko from FNB saying that he is the Business Manager for my account for **** Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. He said that i should contact him urgently regarding a forex payment on my profile. And that i should also forward a copy of the invoice with the relevant company and also include a brief description of my company’s activities as well as confirmation that the payment is related to business activities.And he said Once he received all the infoormation,he will then liaise with the relevant forex compliance department and will keep me updated on the process.
I did send him all the details and documents as he requested expecting that I will receive the payment. He came back to me saying that he is working on it, and he will be making follow ups with his compliance team and should any information be needed he will let me know.
He came back to me and said that he was advised by the compliance team that the payment will be rejected and the money will be sent back to my customer in Vietnam. And I told him to go ahead and send back the money to my customer in Vietnam and I will then communicate with them.
And he told me on the 10th of March 2021 that the payment had been sent back to my customers in Vietnam and I contacted my customers to find out if they have indeed received back the payment,and they told me that they haven't received any payment.
Since then I have been writing to Zakhele Maseko to find out why my customer hasn't received back the payment as promised and Zakhele Maseko has been ignoring me. I think Zakhele Maseko is trying to play a fast one on me and I want you to please help me because Zakhele Maseko is no longer replying to my emails.
Please with regards to reference *** i am still waiting to know where the payment that was rejected by Maseko Zakhele is. He rejected the payment and told us that the payment will be sent back to our customer in Vietnam and it has been almost 12 days now and our customer still hasn't received the payment and no one seems to know where the payment is.
Our customers are putting pressure on us and we need to know where that payment is before the end of today. I really do not like the way FNB is treating its customers.Maseko Zakhele told me that he is working with FNB FOREX and he was the person who rejected the payment and told me that the money will be sent back to Vietnam. But now i am asking him where the payment is and he is telling me that he does not know .
Please i need a response from FNB where that payment is before the end of today or i will be opening a case.
