Enterprise Banking - irrational process

We use banking that requires a certificate to be authenticated on each new device. The issue is that the other Administrator is in the US, so this was the 3rd attempt to get the new device activated (now close to 30min on FNB call centre in the last week just to sort this out.)

Today the authorisation over the phone failed as my personal residential address was different to the one on record. Now I am stuck with either waiting till 3pm (when the US comes online) so I asked what else should be done and I was sent an alternative process form. The form that I was sent required the signature of the other Administrator. I had clearly explained when I started the call that I was phoning because the other administrator was in the US and we had been through this process on Friday.

I asked for the supervisor and I was put on hold for more than 5min. When I then got a 'supervisor' as I was not willing to assist with finding a resolution. (Your supervisor could not tell me why I had failed the 'security validation').

So to cap it all off your call centre agent's advice was that I close the account and go to another bank. Even to the point of sending me a deletion of account form via emal

FNB have not managed to deliver the 'card' to open this account, so instead they have closed it.
