Enquiring about funeral claim

We made a claim on 11th of December 2024 but still nothing, we have made debts so that we can Bury our loved one so please guys pay the claim so that we can give the people their money back now that we don't have their money they threatened us. Its been too long now when we made calls you said to us the claim is still on review, till when? it's been 2 months now. I'm so disappointed in you guys.
