English Statements
We need English statements for a visa and at first FNB said that it would take 72 working hours to change the account to English, and now they say it can only be done next month!!!!!!!!! what the hell is wrong with this bank seriously it really cant be that hard to change the language on a statement. Please can someone from FNB get this stupid system fixed. We need to apply for this visa in the next few days as we leave in 2 weeks so we cant wait until next month!
