English bank statements
After having multiple discussions with the online chat banker, I am still unable to get my previous bank statements in English for a visa application. This does not make sense to me. FNB is also not getting back to me on this. Very poor service.

I have now been waiting an additional 2 days after receiving word that I may be able to be helped. Service is very slow and disappointing.
