ENGLISH BANK STATEMENTS

I am flabbergasted at the level of service received from FNB. I need 6 months English bank statements from FNB for a visa application. FNB informed me that there was no way to reprint my Afrikaans statements in English???? In 2019, in a country with 11 official languages FNB cannot reprint bank statements in English??? This is absurd! I have been to the branch, I have phoned in, I have lodged a complaint but I only seem to get the same excuse. I have already spent so much money on my visa application, I am flying in two weeks and FNB only seem to shrug their shoulders. This is a time sensitive issue! Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue as I do not have any extra time for the complaints procedure and excuses. I need and expect better service from FNB!
