Engen and ebucks? What happened?

Getting info about ebucks is actually impossible. Other than the info on your app, the web is a mess and the ebucks website is just repetitive.

I used to be able to spend my ebucks at Engen, and now that option doesn’t seem to appear on “pay in ebucks” section on the app. Cool. I tried to research about why it’s not a “partner” anymore with no luck. So now I’m here.

FNB, please shed some light as to why Engen isn’t a partner or why I can’t spend usi ebucks at Engen? Can I still earn ebucks at Engen?
