Endor*****t against my house

I had few loans with FNB and all of them are paid off. I app**** for additional bond at other Financial Institutions and when they send the instructions to register the bond they find that there is an Endor*****t by FNB for R50 000 against my house which when I contacted FNB non of them know anything about. I called the branch, then HomeLoans, then Personal Loans then Revolving Loans and non of these department can assist me and I urgently need FNB to cancel these endor*****t agains my property. I logged a complaint with them: “Your Complaint *** has been assigned to FNB Loans. We're looking into it and will contact you shortly” the consultant told me she can’t help me as this is not a personal Loan. I need these to be resolved ASAP.
