Endless undue debits and unjustified from FNB Homeloans!!!

I am sick and tired of FNB Home Loans, and so glad I am leaving this toxic and inefficient bank. This is a second complaint about the same business unit and lack of service! After the first complaint, 5 days later I received a call from a call asking if I did eventually receive the settlement letter and if they could close the complaint, no address of the customer experience. Sorry excuse for a complaints resolution process. Now, I settled my bond on the 14th of October, debt on the account R753 367, settlement amount R758 375. I was told the latter included interest from 21 Sept to 14 Oct - and I accepted that, spoke to a Lerato. On the 20th of Oct I was debited R5077.14. I called in, and spoke to Makgae, telling her of this debit, she said it was interest (again!!!) and would be returned. I then said to her I would take the positive balance on the home loan account of R5000 as this was now messing with my other debits. She said that was fine and when the system updates it would set off this debit. Now, AGAIN!!! I am receiving countless messages from FNB saying I will be debited R6703.65 on the 20th of November/

FNB what the HELL????!!!!!!
