endless problems with this bank

Firstly I make an inquiry if I can qualify for a loan without signing any documents the money is transferred in my acc 7days later that was dec 2014 I'm still waiting for answers how that happened. I was told if I don't take the loan I would pay a fee and because of the repercussions I couldn't view any options at other banks. I'm paying double back for this loan at fnb! Secondly after endless problems with this bank I make the switch to standard bank but kept my fnb acc open in the MEAN while due to a double deduction for a debit that was owed to me and a R270 that has still not been paid. I don't know how may dispute forms I need to fill out. Today a fnb debt collector calls me telling me my acc in arrears I go to fnb show the manager proof of the debit goin off my acc she said it was sent to my fnb cheque acc not my loan acc but there is no money in the account. So where did it go? Then she tells me I need to pay the loan amount and charges for the monthly statements that accumulated which was not told to me in the first place. I'm so sick of this problems associated with this bank. My own money not even safe in my account cause its always deducted for no reason.
