Endless Frustration: Navigating FNB's Maze of Inefficiency

I am completely dissatisfied with my recent interactions with FNB. I initiated a simple telephonic query to trace a refund, but this quickly degenerated into multiple cycles of being transferred between numerous departments, none of which were helpful. Despite clear indications and proof of transactions that FNB holds the refund, there's an alarming lack of transparency about its whereabouts. Furthermore, my attempts to seek help via email have been futile; my messages seem to disappear without any acknowledgement or response. It's extremely disheartening to face such inadequate customer service from a bank that professes to value customer satisfaction. This ongoing negligence has compelled me to reconsider my banking options.
