Endless frustration

If you are looking for an administrative nightmare, then open a credit card with fnb. For the past week, I have provided documents, payslips and bank statements to different staff members and we are nowhere closer to resolution. Escalations have been made, formal complaints logged, call centre calls for hours on end, you name it and I have tried it, no positive outcome and every time you reach someone in the call centre, they request the same documents to be sent. Requests for being phoned are ignored, emails go unanswered and complaint reference numbers (***) mean nothing.
