Endless Cold Calling
I am getting multiple calls daily from this number 010 493 66** with the last 2 digits changing on each call. Every one of these numbers is blocked automatically by Truecaller. Do you believe this to be an acceptable business practice to harass your customers on a daily basis? Do you believe this makes your customers happy? Do you honestly believe that by this kind of despicable practice you will make a sale? If you do then your sheer stupidty as a business goes well beyond my understanding of what stupid really is. Believe me, as long as I have Truecaller, none of these numbers will ever be answered. You, as a leading banking institution, should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. Disgusting behaviour.
