Firstly this place don’t know how to help. I went under debt review an still fnb was running debt order like they own my account 3 weeks ago I requested those charges back in my account this morning after chatting to a consultant for a hour an waited on the line for 15 minutes for the 3rd time this week a consultant put the ph down in my face. For 3 weeks they can’t fix it still... anybody reading this please check ur amounts u being charged for there surprised COVID help **** they thumb sucked those amounts out....FNB don’t bother to ph fix the *** you do! I’m not waiting another hour for my own ****en money... if you see your COVID help money does not add up please contact me join me an the rest taking this bank to the ombudsman
