EMPTY PROMISES - UNPAID CLAIM

Dear First National Bank (FNB).

The fact that you do not service your ATM's should not be our problem. On the 26th of August 2018 (Sunday), I went to the ATM to deposit money, R1600.00 (cash) to be specific. My money got stuck in your ATM I then called FNB emergency services were I was told to take the receipt to the branch the next day since it was a Sunday. The lady guaranteed me that the ATM will not open and FNB will find the money when they fix the ATM. I then went to the branch the next day (27th of Agust 2018) were I told them the whole story and I was given forms to fill for my refund. I was told that I will receive my money in less than 7 days. Today marks the third week since the incident. Nobody is contacting me or whatsoever. I tried contacting FNB but all your consultants were rude, some kept on transferring me and I end up holding for like an hour.

With all due respect may I please get my money back (R1600.00) cash. I am disappointed, sad, angry, and frustrated because I was trying to pay someone that money. Now interests are going up every day. Will you be able to cater for the interests?
