EMPTY PROMISES - LOAN ACCOUNT REFLECTED AS BAD DEBT

It has been more than a year since my complaint regarding my loan accounts, which were incorrectly listed as bad debt / debt recovery. I have now paid up one of them and the other I am still paying off on. I was told that this would not impact on me negatively (refer to mail below). However, I am unable to open up a Fusion account, overdraft or credit card due to this negative listing. Please address. Thanks. Alisa

Good day Ms. Alisa Nockfar, Thank you for your e-mail. Please note that the accounts will not reflect as defaults on credit bureaus and will not be used against you at FNB. We apologise for the delayed response and any inconvenience caused. Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us again. Kind Regards, Joyce Lepele

Good day. The paid up loan account has now been removed from ITC. However the listing in respect of the other loan account has now been removed, but a new account has not been created. I am not going to be held accountable for this. Furthermore, I am still unable to make application for a Fusion account. Why am I being declined? My credit record should be clear. FNB does not stand by its statement "how can we help you, simpler, better faster". Please advise. Thanks.
