Empty promises from FNB, considering closing account!!!!!

My Premier account is now overdrawn because my salary was not deposited there this past month. I made sure of this. Because I had cancelled a policy yet debit orders kept on going off. I disputed these debit orders and it took the bank over 50 days just to resolve this! Then I get a message that the amounts will be refunded within 5 business days! 5 business days??? What is so difficult to refund a disputed amount? This is unnecessary redtape to frustrate me. That 5 business days has even lapsed! You cant even stick to your own promises!!!! I am even considering closing this account.
