Empty promises from FNB

So I logged a complaint wrt my debit orders reversals. I was told about waiting 40 days for it to be reversed. Well today is the 40th day and it's still not reversed. I went to the bank to call, but the call cut 2 times. Called from my cellphone and it was the same thing. I just want my monies paid back to me as promised.
