Empty promises from FNB and CDC couriers

I have been with FNB for many many years and feel so let down by this institution. I had ***** on my account and contacted them on 12 April 2023 and my card was cancelled and promised that i new card would be sent as soon as possible. 3 weeks later im still card less and having endless fights with FNB. FNB promises that CDC couriers will deliver and CDC couriers just makes empty promises.
