Empty Promises from First National Bank

<p>Last year 2015 i was contacted by a consultant of FNB to assist me in taking my banking account from Standard Bank to FNB. They promised me that i don't need to worry to do anything as they will be doing everything. I had a credit card account by Standard Bank which FNB promised me that they will be settling my credit card at Standard bank and open a new credit card facility at FNB.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was quite amazed with the good offer FNB has offered me. After a month or two i received phone calls from Standard Bank to say that i still owe them R3,500.00 on my credit card... So at the end of the day, FNB did not settled everything at Standard Bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>Therefore, i am not a very satified client as i am paying Standard Bank and FNB at the current moment and feel that i was betrayed by FNB. This is not the only reason i am complaining....</p> <p> </p> <p>After my credit card has been moved over to FNB they then went and gave me a Budget and Straight facility on my credit card - which i have not even asked for, i only requested a straight facility as this is now causing me to pay more every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every month i need to pay twice on my credit card - one for straight facility and the other for budget facility. </p> <p> </p> <p>Every month i must take my time to contact FNB which i also not getting enough help as the answering machine request that you must enter your 6 digit card number and then it tells you that the number you have entered is not valid!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am sorry to say, but i really had enough of FNB and consider to move my whole account over to Standard Bank again as they are not making any empty promises on the radio and media.</p>
