Empty promises
I recieved an sms last week Thursday regarding my debit order dispute, sms said the funds will be paid back into my account within 5 working days and I guess they were lying. Yesteday I had a chat with Nonhlanhla via the fnb app and she was rude as always running away from the query, she said 5 days haven't finished and she didnt even care to solve the query. Nothing new with fnb service

14 Aug 2020, 14:15I am disappointed someone called me and said she will email EFT department as they didn't do EFT, why cant she call and tell them . sad coz she will only update me on Monday something that is a phone call away, FNB is becoming a joke. Thank you other banks they do call us to change our accounts
