Empty promises - failed delivery times

To date FNB's credit card division and CCD couriers have failed to deliver my updated credit card. I was advised on the 25th of July that delivery would take 10 working days. Still no delivery.

It has been a nightmare dealing with both FNB credit card and CCD couriers as I am currently in Japan. I have requested several times for the card to be delivered here and I will not be in SA anytime this year. Each time I get told by CCD couriers are waiting for FNB to authorise this request.

It's pretty shocking as incidently ABSA was able to deliver my updated card with no issues or fuss and within a week of my request.

Come FNB, you can do better.
