Empty Promises

FNB have still not even had the decency to reply to my comment regarding the swapping from another bank to FNB with a R2000 incentive. We are now 6 months later and not a cent shown from the incentive. Is this how your treat your new customer. Think it’s best I reassess if I really want to stay with this bank after this treatment
