EMPTY PROMISES

After finally receiving a follow up call regarding my initial complaint, I still received no tangible proof of any attempt to rectify poor service delivery.

An entire month has passed and i still have not been allocated a private banker, yet the service fees have without fail been debited off my account

I still have not received any feedback regarding my request for copies of telephonic communication with their team.
