Empty promises and Poor customer care

Made a payment around about 11:30 to an FNB customer, from my FNB credit card still now the personal hasn't received the money. I called FNB Credit card and they said the funds will reflect in the next 10 minutes to the recipient, still now the person hasn't received the money.

This is really frustrating can you please sort it out, because the person need the money urgently...........
